推薦信可以先準備嗎???

想在放假前讓老師先簽名...........

no, I think you should decide your school first, that is very important for you to apply a good school.

another reason is that the school always have different questions to ask your recommender, so before you make sure what school, I think you and your professor hardly answer those question and form...

yes, just a overall and general draft rec. letter is enough.
remember to integrate all the questions the school required in one page.
you may use all the same recommendation additional sheet for every school you will apply.
