1 protein為專有名詞不可加冠詞a
2 more than硬梆梆比較 沒有that不知跟什麼比較

請問如何硬梆挷比較?而沒有加that又會造成比較上如何錯誤?

硬梆梆就是不該省略的就不省略
E因為沒有that，所以可以解釋成以下兩種情形
1. rice has a protein higher in quality than rice has wheat in quality.
2. rice has a protein higher in quality than rice has a protein in wheat.

1. 米中含有蛋白質和麥, 蛋白質的品質比麥的品質要好。
2. 意思跟C, D一樣。

我想OG的解釋是把 it 指為 the "protein" in rice, 於是句子就變成 (C) the protein in rice is higher in quality than "the protein in rice is in wheat", ... (D) rice protein is higher in quality than "the protein in rice is in wheat", ... 看到 rice protein in wheat 了嗎? ^.^
