為什麼這裡要用has fallen而不是have fallen
還有the number of other students 和 those of other students
在動詞單複數上有差別嗎?

the number of +複數N...表示N的數量....主詞是the number
a number of +複數N...主詞是複數N...a number of 是修飾語....
those應該是複數型式
該題句意是學生註冊的數字下滑....概念上是指數字非學生...
另外我想請問為何enrollments後面不用have卻用has?
