"一般情況下"
and前面沒打逗號-and平衡兩個
ex.fetching and exciting
and前面有打逗號-and平衡三個以上
ex, receiving, fetching, and exciting

這是一般情況喔，例外我可沒法保證

A and B , and C 通常一樣是平衡結構，但是 , C 的部份是語意中更重要的。
新聞英語中會常出現。

and的前後必須平衡對稱...如N1, N2, and N3或V1, V2, and V3等等
