題目已經有解釋2-height of x的意思
2-height of x is defined to be the greatest nonnegative integer n such that 2n (2的n次方)is a factor of x.
2^n|x ,n為max值
題目問K的n值是否大於m的n值
(1)不充分
(2)k分解後比m多至少一個2 => k的n至少比m的n多1 -- 充分

不知道這樣看不看的懂
