假設有a個7和b個77
7a+77b=350
a+11b=50
b=1 , a=39
n=1+39=40

2. A certain city with a population of 13,200 is to be divided into 11 voting districts, and no district is to have a population that is more than 10 percent greater than the population of any other district, what is the minimum possible population that the least populated district could have?

Ans: （4）

Range = max – min
原來range = 112 – 45 = 67
後來 range = (94+24) – (56-20) = 82
increase = 82-67=15
