what do they have in common?-Straight A stuents? or 800 GMAT?
how or what do they contribute to the class?
and what's your impression about them?

never heard of non-experienced student here so far

but the most critical spot should be the profound understanding of pratical manegement or brilliant potential of manegerial expertise

academy performance may be a minor consideration unless it's closely connected with managerial practices
due to significantly pulling down the average year of experience
which is a critical ranking indicator
whereas average GPA is not a big deal that can be easily acquire from other experienced applicants

the only benefit from non-experienced applicant is diversity for student body
once the school has the presence of non-expericed student
the job is done
the fewer non-experienced students
the higher the average year of experience

My friend was accepted by HBS, Standford, and Columbia straight from his undergraduate and he's only 22.

He not only has a near perfect GPA, but he also a 700+ GMAT. On top of his academic records, he interned for McKinsey and American Express. In another word, he's exceptional in every way... He told me there is another girl in his class that went straight from undergrad to b-school. She won a beauty peagent in India and is the author or two books. So... it's possible, but you have to be a superstar. You have to convince Adcom that they will regret it if they don't accept you. Hope this helps.

Totally agree with Charlene
TooLegit2Quit also made critical points too
that's the brilliant potential of manegerial expertise

it'll be more efficient to study after having some real world experience
no matter how brilliant
it's really very hard to imagine what you never see it or experience it
and not only for contribution
it's the learning after obstacles
you'll learn much much more from these obstacles
