要不要解釋GPA不好的原因?

我想申請會計博士班

在台灣唸的 UNDER 不到3

在美國唸的碩士MBA MAJOR低空過3
> 其他條件：
> GMAT 720以上
> 通過美國CPA
> 目前在大學任教

> 向學校解釋GPA會更好還是更糟？
> 有人說會更糟，因為反而提醒學校注意
> 不解釋又怕學校產生疑慮

Of course you have to explain it. To think that Admission Committee will "miss" your low GPA is a naive thought. Don't leave your applications readers wonder why you have a low GPA/GMAT/other quantitative measures. Explain the reason behind it; leave them with "oh, it's not a fault of his" or "oh, he's different now"
