作者是意思應是，第一位女性作家，和第一位瑞士的作家
可是你看A選項，and 後面有個was ，那變成first woman 不能去修飾
writer 了，句意變得怪怪。變成第一位女性，可是沒有人會這樣講吧。

應該是D選項
became in 1909 the first woman and also the first Swedish writer

first woman 和first Swedish 是adj ，一同修飾writer,

第一夫人贏得Nobel ，這說不太通。而且，我印象中，第一夫人應該是
First Lady ，還是First Woman ，好像要大寫。
你可再check 一下。

2. 此題不是from A to B,而是turn...(away from).. to...
