it指的有可能是the world，
between...and刪掉DE
依造句意應該是說：因為區分世界上語言與方言的困難度，沒有人確切的知道世界上有幾種語言，但是那些試著去計算的人已經發現了將近五千種(languages)
用but而不是with，才能表達相反的語氣，刪除B
剩下AC選一個，選A
因為C選項裡的counting it(計算的應該是languages，要用複數才對，而且依句意可以計算的一定是languages所以省略也沒關西)，try counting 用法也錯誤

答案是A....我想問的是within "it"....為什麼是單數呢??這裡的意思不是說在方言之中...dialects...是複數阿~~不是應該用them???

要指回前面的複數名詞 , within後面接反身代名詞好像會比較順一點
可是這樣一改文法是對了 , 但是就句意來講還是有點怪
所以A選it代a language
