不懂選項B的意思?B說發現取得資本失敗的公司都是有計畫的!這樣怎會是削弱?是加強吧?

無關吧...答案D是說有沒有籌資計畫所用的前置準備時間差不多一樣...重點在於籌資計畫提出後至拿到錢的這段時間...來比較長短....
就算前置時間用的一樣....但沒計畫的人仍然是用有計畫的人一半時間拿到錢...前置時間早在題幹考慮範圍之內~~~這樣並不能否定結論~~~

我同意你的說法
因為En. with no BP obtain their funding because of another reason, so the argument cannot conclude that BP does no help by this fact.

(I personally think that to point out that BP does helps does a better job weakening the argument)

A) discuss profit after initiated the company rather than securing funding

B) Half of En. failed to get funding made BP, this strengthen the argument

D) discuss the time that En. spent rather than securing funding

E) discuss the confidents that En. gain rather than whether BP helps securing funding
