這裡的to 有表目的意思。
把has been看成is就不會覺得奇怪了。
the method is to form the mud or clay into bricks.

其實這題主要是考and平衡。
所以主要看有沒有平衡。
A.的they不知道要代誰，bricks? or mud or clay?
句意主要是講mud or clay
B.has been forming--->時態錯誤
C.同A
E.被動不好，而且which不知道代誰

這題裡面那個 and前面有那個逗號很奇怪，既然要平行 to form 跟 to lay ，何須逗號呢? 這樣似乎and後面得要是一個有主詞的獨立子句了，很奇怪...
