A: 『, and』後面應是一個完整的句子，可是這裡找不到主詞。
B: they該代conditons還是executives? analyses in deciding改變了句意。
C: 正確形式應為examine and decide（而不是deciding）。
E: their跟they不確定該代誰。整句囉唆一團亂。

(D)選項按照樓上翻譯的句意,為何不加個 by,成為 by using呢?
這樣我就不會去選 B了.....

(D) using the set.....analyese 修飾省略的主詞 executives (如果難以插句來理解,不妨當它是分詞構句)

這一題又出現次要結構與主要結構選邊站的情況,可以發現如果豆號點在 and 前面,句意並不完整.(把 and 之後的補充說明拿掉:建議主管們檢視,然後沒了.)

我剛剛查了字典，是沒有 in using的用法，但是有examine in/on sth 的用法

examine 當"考試"時
[formal] to ask someone questions to test their knowledge of a subject
~ synonym: test

examine somebody in/on something
* You will be examined on American history.

所以我想這幾個選項的in using 是這麼來的，但這裡又是當"檢驗"非當"考試"，
所以這些in using我覺得都是寫來騙考生上當的選項。

字典上說，examine的介係詞用"by"

那為什麼D選項沒有"by"呢?

還是by 這種介系詞is understood，所以可以省略?
