想請問一下U of Pittsburgh 的operation management這門主修內容大概包含哪些重點? 會相當偏重數學嗎?

我目前在外商銀行的operation部門擔任clerk, 負責行政內勤方面的工作和這門主修能夠接軌嗎? 希望有這方面資訊的朋友能提供一下, 感激不盡~!!

跑出模擬或最佳預測

課前要求是要先過統計
邏輯很簡單
沒有統計看不懂模型也不會跑模擬

組織事務管理與組織化個人與團體的互動行為

MBA學的operation主要是工廠生產規劃與品管
如何做削減浪費的精實生產
會用一些公式模型找出不良率範圍進行改善
最高段會修到MOTO的六標準差
會用到不少統計
