請問各位有遇過托福機考機器出問題的嗎

我前幾天考 考的過程居然有4題不能點選 寫信給ETS ETS說那技術上的問題
沒辦法讓我重考 所以我浪費了近5000報名費 我覺得ETS很不負責任 只會吭錢
不知還有沒有辦法解決

我也遇到機考斷線的問題

12/16 考 廣科考場
Listening考試考到一半
教室一半的考生電腦斷線
折騰了十分鐘左右吧

才又開始繼續考@@

我是該教室晚進考場的人
又因為電腦斷縣 所以和其他早進考場的考生考試時間相差很多
所以人家在SPEAKING了 我還在LISTENING 干擾相當嚴重

我昨邊的女孩跑到一半還又匆匆忙忙跑出去
這樣的考場環境真的很有挑戰性....

我覺得你要繼續跟ETS抗議耶.....會吵的小孩有糖吃, 況且, 你的情況是應該要理直氣壯的!

我今年九月考GMAT, 第一大題作文就出了問題, 我還沒打出字就跳到下一題, 等於我整篇作文空白....超傻眼的! 我請考場小姐幫我向ETS提出調查的請求! 結果ETS一開始回覆我說 我按到confirm, 可是我很確定自己沒有按, 於是又寫信抗議回去! 結果.....ETS第二次回覆, 就說要退我錢了, 而且是U$250全額退還!
所以, 經過這次經驗, 我覺得, 你有理就要爭....ETS很不客氣的!

[ETS給我的第一封:]

Dear candidate,

For your GMAT exam on 14th September. We have investigated the matter. You click Next button twice and also a message confirm whether you really wan to skip the next section and you clicked on "yes". Therefore there will be no compensation for this issue.

Dear Sirs,

Appriciate for your reply. Here is one question I want to clarify. After the investigation, you mentioned that I click the "Next" button twice. For my understanding, the "Next" button is on the right side of the screen, which we need to use "mouse" to click.
The action that I did is typing on the keyboard, but there is no single word show on the screen, instead, there is a message confirm whether I really want to continue.
I want to know how can I click "Next" button twice if I do not use the mouse. And why when I start to type, there is no word been typed, in the other word, my answer column is blank. I don't think it's only my mistake for the operation. Please help to check my question and I will wait for your solution.
