而且D主動不事也比較好嗎

忽略了一點喔!

像make, have這些動詞其實可以直接使用要表述的動詞就可以了,簡單的說動詞比名詞來的簡潔

例如:OG11th no.83

mandate and have a mandate

I think past tense learned is needed for this sentence to make sense. The verb learned in Ans C indicates the scientists already learned how to synthesize the growth hormone. However, the present participial verb learning in Ans D fails to establish that the learning process was areadly done sometime in the past and illogicially suggests that scientists had to remove the hormone everytime before they started to learn how to synthesize it.

It's much more concise to use one word verb, synthesize, to describe a sentence. As I mentioned the example on OG, the idea is the same.
