I hate to admit this but I am getting kind of overloaded here, I am actually creating an excel to keep track of who is who...^^; But I am happy that my new-found friend who got an IESE offer has decided to help me ^^

My friend will post his IESE application experience after the chinese new year, and I will add if I see something important missing.
I will still give you our contacts and if there is anything u can prepare for the interview now, talk to as many people as possible in English, especially with those who can not speak chinese.

Associate Director, MBA Admissions
IESE Barcelona

He is a very pleasant Indian guy who graduated from IESE in 2003. Other than his commitment at IESE, he is also involved in two businesses possible through the IESE network. He once told me that one of the merits of being a minority at IESE is that you get all the chances possible. Eg. Anyone looking for Indian business opportunities will find their way to him then, as he was the only Indian in his class. However, Indians are no longer a minority any more with more than 10 students every year, and he sees the same trend for Taiwan.

Bottomline: speak the truth

If you have financial difficulties, you can include things like
1)personal loan statements
2)financial reports of your own business
3)income tax receipt
4)anything else you think might help

Most MBAs including IESE are need blind (that is to say that there will be no negative influences on the offer decision for having financial problems or being poor)

So try your best to show your current financial difficulties.
