想請問ABC三選項中的them不會有ambiguous的問題嗎?可以指代astronomers和planets
C選項中用circling可能會誤以為是修飾Jupiter,用 which circle能避免此問題,正確的修飾planets嗎?

我的淺見 供參考

1.以文句看能清楚明白意思 就沒有岐意的問題
此句因為後面有Jupiter 所以確定them一定指planets

2. A的which cycle 因為動詞為複數動詞 所以主詞為planets沒錯
但C cycling可以說成是which cycle的省略 不是更簡潔嗎
我覺得要判斷A與C 考點不在這

用which circle不好, 因為逗點前的名詞是Juipter, 因此會讓人以為which是代替Juipter(雖然它是用circle而非circles).

ABC的them的確不是很好, 但說不上是大問題, 因為若要用來代替astronomers應該會用主格的they而非受格的them, 前面的名詞中唯有planets是以受詞的方式出現!

但我覺得, 答案是C的主要原因是 "it is the best answer", 在DE使用mostly為錯的前題下, ABC要選一個最適解　就剩下C囉!!
