Tell my about your opinion about the difference of the business operation between Taiwan and USA?

business in the U.S. is more mechanical whereas in TW is more organic

in the U.S., the operation is more flat and spread out
also use simple function with economy of scale
clearly seperate public and private entities
almost never work overtime 'cause it's private time for individual or family
profession is highly regarded
not exactly creative but appreciate uniqueness and diversity

in TW it's multi-function and relation-oriented
blur criteria for appraisal while performance is mostly judged by how good your relationship is
profession is not regarded most of the time
personal emotion is always attached
while debate in the U.S. environment is nothing about personal
follower culture is majority
