想請問一下
(D)A recording system that was so secretly installed and operated in the Kennedy Oval Office
這個選項, OG解釋說D, a long noun phrase with no finite verb, produces a fragment rather than a complete sentence.

不過, 這樣的用法不是應該也可以嗎?
用that連接兩個句子, 只是句子長了點..
還是說大家是如何排除掉(D)這個選項的呢?
請指教^^

D就是少了動詞~

至於本題的解題，主要就是Grace所說的，(E)倒裝之後把so...that...因果破壞掉，改變了句意。OG的解釋也太不負責了．．．
