雖然OG已經有解釋說 in C, for decreasing creates some difficulty in meaning,但我還是不了解為什麼?? for不是也可以拿來表原因嗎?我知道這一題的reducing 改成reduction也是錯誤之一,但是仍然不了解for decreasing為什麼錯

我覺得suggest reducing software prices to decrease the incentive for pirating這句話應該是說建議降低軟體的價格藉以達到減少侵犯智慧財產權的動機 所以這裡的"to"有"in order to"的意思 如果用"for"表原因的話 句意有點不通吧!!!

主要的考點是：
1. while S v, S V：A B選項都不符合這個結構。而本題則是在主要子句的部份，加考了平行的概念。所以 others V1..., still others V2 的v1和v2要能平行（現在式和現在進行式 在本題中明顯是最好的平行）。
2. suggest的用法：suggest V-ing當然比suggest + N要來得好，因為這樣的表達比較精確。

事實上 (A) by suggesting reducing 若與 by attempting to +V 平衡, 句意上不如 propose, suggest 的平衡好; (C) 把 reducing 換成 resuciton 從動態改成靜態, 句意已經不一樣

可是some是個由while帶領的附屬子句, 後面的主要子句需要為了附屬子句而在and still others are calling前加逗點嗎？？？？
