我之前有跟我申請的科系 (education)教授通信,
但他說我GRE和undergraduate的GPA太低，
他回信內容如下...
I reviewed your application with great interest,
as did the XXX committee. Although there were
many positive aspects to your application, we did
have some reservations. Your GRE scores, and your
undergraduate GPA, were much lower than other applicants.
And there was no evidence of an income stream.
Unlike engineering where we offer research assistants
to international students, XXXXXXX has to focus resources
on students in California. Most of XXXXX international students
have government or industry funding.
我大學GPA是3.4, 但我其實排名是班上第七（7/42）,
雖然也不是很好，但比從百分等級換算成GPA客觀一點，
我會就這些方面跟教授說明。
另外，我研究所GPA也只有3.75,
但排名第五（5/95），我想也會就這點說明。
但另外我GRE的確不好，V-340,Q-730,AWA-3.5
這方面怎麼說明呢？？？
情況有點危急，想請各位幫忙！
