A 和 B 的後半段 是差在哪?
我的想法是 ~b 是主動 優於 a 的被動
但不確定 cut in half 這樣的寫法有沒有錯 ~

A的意思變成"前一年的成本被砍掉一半" 句意不對。cut in half 的講法是沒錯的。
B才真正表達了"把今年的成本砍到去年的一半"

while 的用法中，後面不是要加上一個句子？即 while + S + V.....
這裡是不是省略了什麼字？
