OK, 這是說你開車時看到一個里程表上面寫21，但反面會寫23，可是再往下開1 mile之後，你又會看到面對你的里程表寫20，而反面寫24，問你如何解釋

OK，那A說里程表下一里會倒轉，不會吧!!
B說miles or kilometers 這無關吧
D說 有一里不見了，可是23-24 21-20 都在呀，也是不能解釋
E這一定無關的嘛

所以選C，也就是告訴你這里程表是越來越少

在og裡對A的解釋是:The next milepost being reversed(choice A) can't be the explanation,becasue if the hiker's reasoning were accurate both numbers on the milepost would be 22.

我想請問為什麼會是22?
還有他的里程表中只有23-24,21-20,為什麼不會出現22呢?

OG的意思是說, 假如hiker的邏輯是正確的, 也就是面對她的哩程是表示他已經走了多少, 背對她的表示還有多少沒走的話, 那麼現在她走了21, 還有23沒走, 則下一哩她應該走了22, 還有22沒走, 也就是哩程碑的正反面都應該顯示22...

這題出得蠻無厘頭:一段路程都走一半了,我想此人早看到 24, 23, 22, 21 這些里程標示, 因為他下一個看到的是 20, 再來會是多少? 19 囉! 當他走到 22 的時候, 難道不知已是半路, 再下來當然就過半了, 怎麼還會有"未過半"的推論?
這大概就是所謂"老美的幽默"吧!
