所以如同答案C...減少預算赤字並不一定會導致降低貿易赤字!!

事實上，把各國的缺口數字調整成可與其他國比較後，
(budget and trade)並不存有上述所說的關係(預算赤字愈大則貿易赤字越大)

答案E中的never太過武斷
因為題目只是說 預算赤字愈大則貿易赤字愈大 這種關係並不是必然的
但並不完全否定預算赤字愈大而貿易赤字也愈大的可能性
所以OG解釋E才會說貿易赤字高的國家sometimes有預算赤字高的現象
所以簡單來說E 將這當預算赤字愈大而貿易赤字也愈大的巧合否定掉了

這是我的想法 不知道這樣說法你可以接受嗎 ^-^

閱讀中的邏輯題: {大ND} 不會造成 {大TD}; ND 不是 TD 形成的原因, 當然"降低ND"對TD不會有影響,也就"不見得降低TD"囉!

(E) 考 A=>B 不全等於 B=>A; i.e. {{大ND} 不會造成 {大TD}} 不全等於 {{大TD} 不會造成 {大ND}} , 所以不能這樣推論

看見never我就不想選, 看見most我也不想選, 太絕對了
有最大貿易赤字的國家從沒有相似的大國家預算赤字. 不對, 文章最後說了there is no such correlation, 這之間是沒有什麼關聯性的, 所以不要講的這樣絕對
