摩登呀~
我... 我... 我也才知道不久阿~
況且平常也沒法上msn
平日公司鎖 msn,回家就得睡覺了
週末又因為苦悶的太久了,只想到玩樂的事
阿~ 不過真是覺得解脫
終於又可以過點年輕人該有的生活
現在滿腦袋都是這星期要玩啥,下星期要去哪玩,過年怎麼玩~

INSEAD在法國和新加坡都各有一個校區
入學時學校會根據學生組合把學生分配到其中一個校區
所以申請表上選的不一定會是你一開始想要的
學期中間可以交換校區但一定要先上過兩期之後才可以換
畢業的校區不一定要跟開始的一樣
所有課程都是英文
入學規定一定要熟悉另一個常用商業語言
畢業前必須再學一個語言(達到會話程度)

Lunar,可以提供一下你的經驗.在寫第一篇essay的時候你是如何approach這個題目?

"Give a candid description of yourself, stressing the personal characteristics you feel to be your strengths and weaknesses and the main factors which have influenced your personal development, giving examples when necessary."

獎學金… 恩.. 不清楚呢
最近工作太多事,我完全沒再多看學校的東西說
不過印象中要獎學金好像還要寫 essay
感覺就是很麻煩

Land's End
上課都是英文
畢竟會法文的人跟英文比起來還是相當有限吧
用法文教書應該會讓許多人不想升請

我的第一題,其實是拿寫其他學校的文章改編來寫的
第一段簡單敘述我的成長背景
吹噓自己的大學,再說雖然我成績不高,可是參加很多活動
考gmat也同時進行很多其他事,所以證明我可以學業玩樂兼顧
第二段講講我的 tech. background
第三段強調我的 international perspective
第四段就總結
其實也沒啥 approach… 就是看寫過的東西有什麼像的拿來co
INSEAD是我最後一個寫的
基本上當時已經寫到沒力了….

Thanks for the replies.

既然上課的地方會在新加坡和法國transfer
且學校會分配校區
那想必應該要會些法文才能在法國survive吧
況且學校要求學生要會講三種語言
至少會話級
不曉得這是不是該校international students多的原因
因為IS已具備本國語言和英文的能力

Regarding the dual campus concept:

To get the full INSEAD experience, most students do the campus exchange. When you choose to do the exchange or which campus you choose to start with usually will be connected to your career objectives. If you want to work in Asia post-MBA, it would be ideal to be in Singapore during the recruiting period.

Re: need for French
On campus, you don't need to speak French. It helps to know some conversational French to help you get around, if for nothing out just out of politeness to the French. But, you can get around perfectly fine with just English in Fonty & Paris.

Re: 3rd foreign language requirement
Basically when you go to Europe you are humbled by their diversity. For Europeans, it is not uncommon for them to speak five languages quite fluently.

The 3rd language requirement is not hard to meet, but I'd advise you to do some planning just to make life a bit easier before you start INSEAD.

This is quite true. One of my German classmate, who have already got a BCG offer from Germany, speaks German, English, Spanish. And her next goal is Chinese Mandarin.....

很久沒上傷咖了但收到你的信趕緊上來賀喜一下
看了你po的文章只覺得你下的工夫及提早準備都是我比不上的
你真是憑實力錄取INSEAD的實至名歸

雖然你說所有結果還沒出來祝福你有更好的消息
但我滿希望INSEAD是你最後的選擇因為INSEAD的學習環境真的很棒

鼓勵大家多來申請INSEAD
我們一月這個intake錄取10個台灣人 (9個目前在法國一個在新加坡) 應該是破以往紀錄了
感覺INSEAD對台灣人十分重視請有意申請者好好把握再創台灣人數新高!!!
台灣同學在這裡都很團結融洽幾乎每週末都會小聚一下或是有車的幫忙載到量販店採購日用品
對了除夕夜還要在我住的地方辦party一起圍爐吃年夜飯
有人要來湊熱鬧嗎？歡迎喔!!! 呵呵...
