我選答案D,題目問weaken,答案D說逮捕的不一定會定罪,定罪的不一定會關,步就不需要題目說的那些對法庭及獄卒薪水的支出..不就weaken到題目說法
答案E我怎麼看都不覺得有很大的關係,M地的警民比例已經到一定的程度,增加警力對犯罪會有威嚇力..感覺是無關的選項說
