根據莫北北的想法..
同一個句子的代名詞應該要帶同一個東西..
所以若前面的they代的是property values..
則後面的their也應該要代property values..

(A) (B) 的 they 都可以這樣理解. 但是前面 they 指什麼,後面 their 就要指相同的東西,所以 (B) 就改變句意了.
(C) they 前面斗大的字 homeowners 讓讀者迫不急待地想去指代它,所以把 homeowners 往前移容易造成混淆.
(D) 代名詞跟所代的對象不一致,代名詞之間不一致.
(E) 代名詞跟所代的對象不一致.
