所以 (C) 的 they 會有指代不清的問題 (i.e. they = states? trout?)

可是我認為不會ㄝ! 因為and前面沒有逗號!
表示還是在that...的架構裡，並沒有跳脫與主詞平行..(是這樣吧?)

不過they指代不清就是了! 不知道指誰?照理講是指states
不過states在前句是作"地點"解釋! 所以應該會指代trout!
這樣就不符句意了!!
