剛在練GWD的時候，因為速度太慢，剩3分多的時候剛好碰上一組RC
嗯...在家練ok的啦，跳過去 做後面的題目
想請問，考場上怎麼辦？ 假設考到三十餘題，碰到一組 RC，可是只剩三分鐘
3分鐘，正攻的話差不多文章看完，嘿 下次再來
跳過去，亂猜錯，會很嚴重嗎？

Hmmmm well even Im not 100% sure about it, as theres ppl (like Mr rabbit?) who did PP 100x to figure out the penalty rate....
But b4 we go dat far, heres a lilo exercise for you to contemplate. If you know its too far to fall, why step off the building? Or better yet, if you know the odds will you pull the last trigger for russian roulette.........
Many NN & 大大 in CD/CAFE talk about pace for a very good reason. We know in exam get either 3~4 RC, so either 4,4,4 or 3,3,3,3 or some variation combo (sory maths not my forte'
) so you can time it. If you assign 2min per RC question then thats 24min minimum. Hence I never spend more then 4min on first question, 4min bcuz initial reading of passage + doing question. If you spent more then you have less then 1min per Qs in the following 3 Qs. Even though like IceCo & Mr rabbit I can scan & memorise key Q positions, less then 1min is quite a big ask to read Q & elminate 4 wrong options.
Seriously, why would you want to be in that position? If really "考場上考到三十餘題，碰到一組 RC，可是只剩三分鐘" then 怎麼辦都會氣死人的. I saw a really good post back in Feb saying if there is 5min for 5Qs then is it better to 1_ guess, 2_ guess with pause (so fool machine from knowing its a guess) 3_ do question properly and give up remainder. There was a lot of support for each 3 options. But the 800 NNs from CD said something that was very different. Maybe it is also why they are NN. They said "if you have time to pause & guess or any other strategy, DO the question fast & proper". I was so touched by the sheer determination & dedication of their suggestion.
At the end of day, different ppl will chose diff solutions. But, if you get pace right and dont panic, you most likely will not get into a catch 22 situation.
Personally, I been there & panic and in afterthought will have done 1) read Q 2) Scan passage 3) do Qs until time runs out, who knows maybe you can finish all? Isnt that better then guessing or waste time by panicking and stress out? Apologies for the long answer
