How to Maximize my score? One week to test dat.. >< 兔大SOS

Dear all,

I did my first GMAtPrep Practice Test today. Apparently, my pace is completely off.

For Math Section, I ran out of time at Q28, which means I left 9 questions blank and started randomly guess at Q17. Out of the first 16 questions that I spend time to solve, I got 6 Incorrects...

For Verbal Section, I ran out of time at Q36. I spend my good time solving all these 36 questions. After Q36, I guessed at random about 5 seconds each question, and left 1 question blank. Out of the 36 questions I got 16 Incorrects....

um..of course the total score is @#%^&... 470. This drives me crazy . Because I thought in the worst case, I would get 550 or at least at least 520 bah on Practice Test. Now, I know what does it mean "Want to Cry, but find No Tears".... @#%^#

Since I only have 1 week left, I wonder how do I maximize my score during this one week. Especially, 兔大 and Ms. Charlene, if you see this post, please reply to my question. Sincerely Appreciated~~~~

有時間欲哭無淚的話，還不如打起精神拼分數，加油。

我認為你的問題出在數學，只剩一個星期了，上網多看看數學JJ吧，對正式考試會有相當大的幫助。你的V應該是問題不大，只是速度要稍微加快一點，PP多練習幾次應該可以調整過來。

除了志玲姊姊做PP的建議外~~~
我建議你這週就狂作數學PP...錯題一定要檢討...這可以增加數學思考速度和解題經驗....
因為先前有學生去考試...就是數學前面搞砸了...以至於掉入"數學低分區"...換題庫三週多竟然連一題數學JJ都沒遇到...所以...把基礎數學底子打穩我想是最重要的...
看你打字都用英文...底子應該不差...竟然數學這麼差的話...最後一週就大膽放掉V
...全力衝m....但是考試前兩天還是要稍微看一下V回過神~~~
另外我建議你數學一定也要練好PACE...不懂的題目要大膽放棄猜下去...我想很多數學拿滿分的人(我也算)...考試37題中一定也有3~4題用猜的...我第一戰拿49分時也有1/3題目是用猜的...
重點還是在前面簡單的題目要守穩...後面不論如何一定要作完...
因為你浪費時間在中間不懂的題目...可能喪失後面簡單題目答題的機會...
ANYWAY...要是你認同我的策略...建議你再做一次PP...試試看新的PACE...看看數學分數有沒有提升~~~

Thank you for 兔大 and Ms. Charlene providing great advices. I do feel my math is weak. I will do my best to improve my math during this time.

Sorry for typing in English. I don't have proper equipment to type in Chinese and my Chinese Typing is very very slow. What's interesting is I've spent many years in U.S., but my Verbal is not much better than anybody else.

Now I'm just hoping I'm lucky enough on the test date so that I don't make stupid errors on the test. I have decided to switched my mentality from "fighting" to "gaining experience". Hopefully, I will not be panic on that date.
