還要再考慮一個因素，當騎車的人超過走路的人騎5分鐘的時候，走路的人這5分鐘還是有繼續在走路
所以應該是
[5/60]*20-[5/60]*4這段距離
列出：[5/60]*20-[5/60]*4=t*4
t=5/15小時=20分鐘
