Not sure if there's another Paul Shih. I have a friend also called Paul Shih, who graduated from Columbia B-school last year (MBA class of 2006) and is now in Taipei. This Paul has never worked at Citi and had his undergraduate degree in an east-coast school in the US.
Don't know the other two guys; but my advice -
(1) REALLY know why you need this degree and why from Columbia [I've personally heard way too many suicide-type, lame reasons]
(2) practice, practice, practice [do as many mock interviews as you can]
This may sound like no-brainers, but you'll be surprised how many applicants came so unprepared
