A和B的文法不對=> although是連接詞, Polio孤獨的在那裡, 後面的子句又有it+V, 整個結構都錯了

C, D, E考時態, C和D的時態搞的事件錯亂, 用句意看一下應該可以選到E
E時態很清楚, polio 過去在美國eradicate, 現在在別處還有, 可能是被旅客帶進來的
