因為almost instant是修飾summon
答案C將almost instant放在a diesel locomotive，我認為會造成修飾歧異(向前修飾moving)
而E將almost inst放在整句句尾，則向前只能修飾summon
所以當C與E決選的時候
我會認為C比E好

另外 was possible to = could, 在 (E) 這個語意不見了,改變句意.
