其實(E)選項後面並不平衡, 如果你仔細看的話, 你會發覺it will protect copyright holders and foiling the many....., 其用and連接, 為什麼前面後面會變成foiling呢??? 所以不選(E)

還有你怎麼會知道it代的是 a standardized way呢??? 它也可能代Japan, Internet等, 所以選項裡如果有it的話則會有ambiguity產生

protect and foil 同是 that 子句裡的動詞,地位相等,這個 and 連接兩個對等的動詞,並不是連接兩個句子,所以沒有斷開喔!

e.g. it 可以指 internet 呀!
