請問(E)哪裡錯了? 我記得last year也可以用現在完成式呀?

我是覺得就句意，不太可能用has provided new insights，因為是一個解體的事件，怎麼持續提供new insights呢?
一般用完成式的狀況是 have +pp ...... since last year

逗號後面跟了兩個分詞修飾provided... and thus possibly forcing...

另外個人覺得as well as 不單是wordy的問題，其實也有點改變句意
因為as well as並不能100% 等於and
and強調的是完全對等，前後平行的兩個項目在邏輯意義上是同一個層次，同樣重要
但as well as 有點附帶一題的味道，後面那個項目的層次被降低了
這一點大家可以在做到as well as 的時候體會看看
