我覺得it 應該就是指Maple Leaf Rag耶，如果要指整句，可能要說The successful sales of Maple Leaf Rad helped.....
可是那還不如用一個it, 一般狀況下讀者應該不會誤會，就會認為是Maple Leaf Rag
個人一點淺見，參考一下。
