我翻的大意是：
近來一堆電視衛星發射與營運上的災難導致一堆跟保險公司索賠的情形。造成的結果就是保險費大大增加，使得發射與營運衛星變得更貴了。這也造成了壓力要來操一操目前營運中的衛星。

換句話說，就是老闆想要節省成本，遇缺不補，所以只好叫大家多加班把事情做完~~
至於答案(C)講的就是，老闆操得越過份，員工掛掉得更快。所以選(C)

因為衛星保險承保者的風險被分散到相對比較的單位(就是說比較少人保，沒達到風險分攤的效果), 保險金就必須要非常高。
題目沒有說買衛星保險保單的機構會變少，所以這個選項不能選。
