答案是B 想請教幾個問題:
1. as在這邊的用法，題目有三個動詞（分別是has、conducted、have），所以應該需要兩個conj，B選項有個that，所以as在這邊也是conj嗎?

2. 由於such as Bethleham Steel是插入句, 故其前後加逗點.

是指'當" 還是"正如同"來解?

as 好像不是"當" 也不是"正如同"~~
應當是 "隨著"…(第一次唸的直覺，之後都感覺也是如此！)

句意：隨著steel industry 變大...而開始integrated companies ~~

由其它選項也可以佐證，因為(c)(d)用 with也有"隨著"，但卻少了連接詞功用~所以不選囉！
