a) since 所帶的動詞應該有過去的意味~ they 應該改為it =Trans World Entertainment Corporation

on account of 為片語,放在其中間有誤置的疑慮~~
我在google查文章中發現 announce 幾乎沒有 announce to的用法,若用to 也都表示 介詞~~不知道這用法是否合理
