C不是你上面說的意思吧?!
整件事是在講換車站出口的位置，B選補正當性: 換車站不會減少人潮，所以租出口位置的店面出去才有機會收到高租金去付整修的費用。
C是說在Flowertown's Main "Street"(不是車站喔!)的大樓的老闆想換房客...講的事情已經失焦了
