要用句意解
句意是醫療包含A不含B
要找but not
which變成是A的補述
完全改變句意

一定要用句意解
否則機考會非常慘

看到wh開頭的先問自己代代誰
看到 it they 等代名詞也先問自己代代誰

句子最好整個讀完 看到這題有連接詞but前面有of接名詞 先看看後面有沒有類似結構...

最近解題時赫然發現腦袋瓜已經會自動反應問自己這些了....
看來是做題做到快瘋掉的傾向@@

我想DE兩個答案的which會不知道是要代home health care還是the cost of

BC選項中的not似乎做名詞功能用
但是not好像不能當名詞
DE中which來帶health care似乎也可通

句意可以理解為health care不像其他nonhospital serveice

這題c.e猶豫了一下，最後選c
下面是我的想法，提供給各位參考一下

1.我覺得 unlike通常不放在句中
2.unlike比較物件很奇怪，依照句意應該是 full cost of home health
are 跟 cost of other nonhospital services，DE選項因，which會有
兩種情況發生(1)health care與nonhospital service比較或(2)full of
cost of home health與nonhospital service比較，指代不清
3.(a)(b)(c)選項平衡
(a)service where-->錯誤用法
(b)making有歧意:(1)making修飾前面covers the....句意錯
(2) Preogram ..., covers... ,and makes.. 句意錯

以上是我做這題的方法，提供給大家參考

這題從答案來看原因比較簡單。C美就美在他是最平衡的一個。B 雖然也平衡，但是句意中根本沒有 make 的意思，把助動詞 must 用make 替換更是錯誤。

這題非要用老莫的技巧才解的出來，單靠句意死路一條。

也就是說，other nonhospital services 是要 beneficiaries must pay 20 percent of the costs

觀念在於which只能就近修飾，that 才能跳躍修飾
當然句意也可通~

which會有兩種情況發生(1)health care與nonhospital service比較或(2)full of
cost of home health與nonhospital service比較，指代不清
A. service where-->錯誤用法
B. making有歧意: but not of other nonhospital services即not the full cost of other nonhospital servicesmaking可以指the full cost, 或者是nonhospital services 用for which,指代更清楚，且有must, B沒有，遵照原句的意思B不能選，因改變了原意
