The comparison in E, the best choice, is logical because people is understood as the subject of are enrolled.

想請問的是，怎麼可以看得出來是"比較" ?
OG上寫了一堆拉拉長長的.. 有提到 comparing.... to....還是沒提到為什麼這裡一定要”比較”？
我看到劃線的部份的前面 about (關於)，就覺得這裡開始都是在說明前面的事，感覺不到是要比較事情的數、量...等等…

if you see as.......as in the sentence, there is always a comparsion.

but i just saw "as ... as" in the answer series..
i mean if i wanna get this feeling about "compare" , can i judge from the sentence? not from answers series..
