找喜歡看的電影DVD租回家
中文看完把字幕關掉
把聽到的英文聽寫下來
聽寫完五句打開英文字幕比對一次
跟這著五句每句重唸十遍
唸到跟勞勃狄尼洛一樣快為止
一個禮拜搞定一片就會突飛猛進

An alternative way -- simply rent some movies (in english of coz), sit back, relax and enjoy them (with the caption off), if you pay attention and do it often enough, you listening skill will pick up soooon.... For a start, I highly recommend 'Friends',(Y), I am sure SharonStone will agree with me :p
