其實, 兩者的意思跟功用是一樣的

這題考句子意思 , (B)在文法上並沒有犯錯

不過 (A) 的意思是 讓人民有權 通過 或撤銷laws
propose and pass laws 與 repeal them 呼應

(B) 的意思是 讓人民有權 去 提議 或 通過 或 撤銷 laws

兩者不大相同 對不對 ~

請指正 <最近版版上似乎流行這句話 ^^

其實說 B 完全沒有錯是不合理的

因為照理說 and to <---這個to 應該省略平衡的才漂亮

不過 因為我再做885的時候愈過好幾到題 都沒有省 (因為考點再別處)

所以 我不敢以這個作為判斷的依據

我本週會把 這個部分整理出來 (如果沒有 吐出來...那一定是我忘記了 麻煩踢我一腳 以示警告)

我查了字典as well as可當連接詞跟介係詞....

連接詞的時候一本字典說=and...另一本說=also

介係詞的時候說=besides

我想也許大家應該要了解一下吧?

我提一下莫老的解法吧....

他說 as well as 在句中是表示 and 的意思, 若在句尾 as well 表 too 或 also 的意思, 所以 CDE直接錯, 因為它們都是 as well = also = too 改變句意, 而 B, men 前面加 the 錯 因為 men 前面要加 for , 所以得 到答案 A :D

我傾向用ambiguios解這題，而不是and v.s. as well as，我的結論是"for"不可省。

for women 對 for men 才合理，若沒 for，可能變成it(business)對men。

答案應選A。
