那不就表示67%吃單的人是沒有裝雷達的嗎?
如果就考慮這一句, 有裝雷達的人比較容易吃單, 不是不太合理嗎?

還是說要把前一句也考慮進去來比較.

雖然吃罰單的人有 67% 沒裝雷達,但是 97% 的車是沒裝雷達的.和 3% 裝雷達的車佔 33% 的罰單比起來,裝雷達的車看起來是比較會超速喔!

找assumption就是 :

選項取非, 如果不能跟作者的conclusion吻合, 那就是對的答案.

原因在於 :
作者必然是先假設一個前提是對的, 然後再做出這個結論, 反推就是說, 如果這個假設前提被推翻, 作者的結論將會站不住腳.

這就是假設題取非的作法.

如果用取非的方法來看答案D的話,

D : 在這段時間, 很多車被開了超過一次的罰單
假設D不成立, 則為 : 在這段時間, 很多車被開了不超過一次的罰單
當D被weaken後, 就會影響到結論了吧.
如果很多車被開了不超過一次的罰單, 則表示二次被抓的機會很少, 亦即很少車子重覆超速被抓.
那不就跟結論的 ""裝測速器的車子愛超速"" 不符嗎?
按取非的觀點, 那D的選項應該是答案啊!
