Great sharing by Steven and congrats again! Hooray!
Steven has been modest in the sharing, as he has spent a really "lot" of efforts to understand each shool applied in order to present the best "fit". For example, he pro-actively asked the various alumni to share their insights about the program. He also scheduled a school visit to really understand the cultures. This is essential as the generic numbers such as GMAT/TOEFL/GPA serve as only a screening process but will not guarantee an applicant a spot in the limited pool of offers. It is the overall logical positioning and branding that leverages one's unique background and strengths that will impress the admissions.
Anyway congrats to him again to the community and ganbadeyo to all! : )
