in trace amounts, 在原題意中是修飾it (melybdenam)
(C)的句子會變為修飾 a nutritional supplement

原來這題考修飾位置
(C) 1. as well as 不知是跟著 steel, 還是跟著 substance? 2. in trace amount 可以修飾 supplement, 修飾 lubricant, 或修飾 lubricant and supplement
這兩個缺點在 (D) 都解決了.
(D) 把 in trace amounts 放前面,讓它只能修飾 supplement.

(E) also = as well (重複了)
