我想知道題目最後一句:

是推論還是事實?
若是推論...
那麼E剛好有反駁耶....
因為它的意思是說...
雖然政府講說他們收的meal taxes有比較高....
但其實sales tax這邊反應的revenue是沒有成長的...
表示不能由meal taxes來反應revenue這件事...
而原題就是要講政府defend禁煙不會影響revenue這件事不是嗎?

我覺得最後一句若是推論的話...
即使equal也是有反駁政府的計劃...
因為那正表士其它衡良revenue的東東(sales tax)並沒有變...
政府不應該看meal tax的增加就說ban不會影響revenue....

所以重點應該是最後一句的判斷...
是事實還是推論....

我也一直覺的E是weaken
但後來發現兩個字
ban跟restriction
因為現在政府要ban
但之前的收入會好是因為他們只有restriciotn，所以可以分兩區來營業
因此收入較高
如ban的話，就不行了
因此跟政府的前提並不相同
所以D最好

不過我覺得(E)的問題主要還是在二個
1.meal tax和sale taxes的關連性, 題目沒定義, 不能自己猜測
(結果我還是選到E, 為了趕速度, 看到taxes就開槍, 檢討才發現根本是不一樣的東西)
2.no faster than相當有問題,
大家都知道ETS的邏輯:成長速度不等於成長數量的多少
就好像,長的快不一定長的高
成長速度快慢又如何? 最後的結果還是34%和26%
不會影響推論的結果
